Verdict
BiggerZ is a new casino (launched April 2025), built on the same SoftSwiss platform as several other casinos in our test set. Going in, we found conflicting player reviews: some reported 10-minute withdrawals, others reported cancellations for “technical reasons.” Our test confirmed a third, middle scenario: the withdrawal went through fast and fee-free (39 minutes, 0% fee), but a more serious problem surfaced along the way — identity verification (KYC) status doesn’t display in the account dashboard even after it’s actually been approved.
The tester had no way to know whether verification had gone through until he messaged support directly — and it was the chat agent who confirmed the documents had already been reviewed and approved, even though the interface kept showing them as unprocessed. Separately, the test uncovered a hidden term in the T&Cs: if the deposit isn’t wagered at least once, an 8% fee (minimum €4) is deducted from the withdrawal — this isn’t a bonus wager, but it works in a similar way, and it’s nowhere explicitly flagged at the deposit step.
Our verdict: not recommended. A fast, fee-free withdrawal is a genuine plus, but broken KYC status reporting is a critical flaw for a casino that puts the burden of verification on the player with zero feedback. This is the kind of problem that looks harmless right up until it stands between you and your money for several days.

How We Tested
Our independent reviewer tested BiggerZ in June 2026 following our standard protocol:

License and Reliability
BiggerZ launched in April 2025. The operator is CDK PIAY INC LIMITADA, registered in Costa Rica (reg. no. 3-102-919705), under an Anjouan Gaming license (ALSI-202504023-FI1). This sits on the lighter end of the regulatory spectrum — next to Malta’s MGA or Curaçao’s reformed GCB framework, oversight is thinner and enforcement weaker, meaning dispute resolution isn’t guaranteed and players have limited recourse if something goes wrong.
BiggerZ runs on the SoftSwiss platform, sharing infrastructure and interface patterns with FortunePlay and RocketSpin — two other casinos we’ve already tested and didn’t recommend, for related reasons (see Verification below).
Games
The library spans 70 providers — the casino advertises “70+,” and the actual count matched almost exactly. A small, non-critical discrepancy.
A live dealer section is present. Slot RTP is disclosed directly in-game — a plus, since some competitors hide this information.
Across a session of 2–3 slot games, the tester recorded no lag or site issues — a complaint about the site “crashing often” wasn’t confirmed within our test. This doesn’t rule out isolated incidents for other players, but the platform ran stably during testing.
⚠️ Currency restriction: you can fund your balance in NZD by card, but you can only place bets in other supported currencies (including crypto). This isn’t obvious and is easy to miss when choosing a deposit method.
Bonuses and a Hidden Withdrawal Fee
The tester deliberately didn’t activate the welcome bonus — per our protocol, given a player complaint about withdrawal blocks following a free-spin win.
Along the way, we found a condition in the T&Cs that’s easy to mistake for a bonus wager, but formally isn’t one:

In practice, this means: even after declining the bonus, a player is still required to wager the deposit amount at least once, or lose part of the withdrawal to a fee. This condition isn’t flagged separately on the deposit page or in the cashier — you only find out by reading the T&Cs.
In our test, the deposit was wagered off (with difficulty — nearly the entire balance went into play), so the fee wasn’t charged — but per T&C section 8.2, the 8% deduction is a very real scenario for a player who simply deposits and immediately tries to withdraw.
A “150% Deposit Bonus” pop-up appears automatically when opening the support chat — pushy, even for a player who never requested a bonus.
Verification (KYC) — the Main Problem
What the casino promises: the verification interface is identical to other casinos on the same platform (FortunePlay, RocketSpin) — the same document set, the same process.

In other words, the documents had been approved on the casino’s end, but that information never surfaced in the interface — no status change, no notification, no icon update. The player has to manually message chat just to find out whether they can even request a withdrawal. This directly confirms a bug pattern we’ve already documented at other casinos on this same platform (FortunePlay, RocketSpin) under different brand names.
For a casino that doesn’t provide even basic feedback on verification status, this isn’t a minor issue — it’s a systemic transparency problem.

The tester separately asked support (agent Harvey) about typical timeframes, given the conflicting reviews going in. The answer: processing is manual and case-by-case, no exact timeframe, but “usually no longer than an hour.” This lines up with T&C section 8.6, which states larger amounts may face additional review and limits “at our discretion” — language that leaves the casino wide latitude for delays in other scenarios.
No cancellations or stuck withdrawals were recorded in our test — the second version of the conflicting reviews (“cancelled for technical reasons”) wasn’t confirmed within this test.
