Casino Payout Report 2026: We Withdrew Real Money from 12 Crypto Casinos

Updated: October 19, 2026 · Tested by Paul Strohin · Tests run May–July 2026

We signed up at 12 crypto casinos, deposited real money and requested a withdrawal — with a timestamp at every step. The fastest payout took 1 minute 44 seconds. The slowest took 11 days. Six of the eleven casinos where we recorded the money arriving paid out in 15 minutes or less — but six of the ten that make a promise about speed were slower than their own promise.

This page brings all our tests together in one table. The details for each casino are in its review.

BetPanda withdrawal request and blockchain confirmation — fastest payout in our 2026 tests, 1 min 44 sec
BetPanda: requested at 21:48:49, in the wallet at 21:50:33. The fastest payout in this report.

How we tested

Every casino went through the same protocol: a fresh sign-up, a crypto deposit close to the stated minimum, a playing session, 2–3 questions to support, and a real withdrawal. We measure withdrawal time from clicking “withdraw” to the money landing in the wallet. Every step is backed by a timestamped screenshot or an on-chain transaction hash. Ratings use our formula: payouts 30%, safety 25%, bonuses 20%, games 12.5%, support 12.5%. The full method is on our page on how we test casinos.

Speed scale

All five casinos we recommend sit in the first two bands. The reverse isn’t true: 7Bit Casino and BiggerZ pay quickly but fail our checks for other reasons (see below). Our recommended casinos are ranked by speed on the fastest withdrawal casinos page.

Finding 1. “Instant” is a word, not a deadline

Three casinos call their withdrawals instant. The results: BC.Game — 3 minutes, Instant Casino — 16 hours, RocketSpin — exactly 48 hours. RocketSpin’s support confirmed that 48–72 hours is standard for every withdrawal, not an exception.

RocketSpin withdrawal request on June 14 at 14:42, status Pending, despite instant crypto withdrawal claim
RocketSpin: request on June 14 at 14:42. Advertised as “instant”.
RocketSpin wallet arrival on June 16 at 14:42:42 — exactly 48 hours after the request
The money arrived on June 16 at 14:42:42 — exactly 48 hours later.

A promise with a number isn’t a guarantee either. Of the 10 casinos that state a timeframe, six paid out slower:

BitStarz cashout form showing advertised average cash out time of 5m 34s
BitStarz advertises an average of 5m 34s. Our withdrawal took 9m 44s.

Four casinos were faster than promised: Duelbits (says “4+ hours”, paid in 2 minutes), JustCasino (an hour → 15 minutes), BiggerZ (an hour → 39 minutes), BC.Game (up to 6 hours → 3 minutes).

Vegasino withdrawal status COMPLETED after 11 calendar days — slowest payout in our 2026 tests
Vegasino: status COMPLETED 11 days after the request. The slowest payout in this report.

What it means for you: trust timestamps, not banners. The most cautious timeframe in a casino’s terms is usually closer to the truth than the word on its homepage.

Finding 2. You’ll have to wager your deposit — even without a bonus

We didn’t activate a bonus at any casino. Even so, 9 of 12 require you to bet your deposit amount at least once before you can withdraw it:

Casinos explain this as an anti-money-laundering measure. The practice itself is common — the problem is how it’s shown. BC.Game shows wager progress in the wallet in real time. 7Bit Casino and FortunePlay have no counter at all. Instant Casino states the rule only in section 9.1.3 of its terms — you can’t see it at the deposit step. At 7Bit, our tester lost his entire first deposit after clearing roughly 2x of the 3x, and only got money out on the second attempt.

BC.Game wallet showing real-time deposit wager progress bar
The honest version: BC.Game shows exactly how much is left to wager.
BiggerZ terms and conditions clause on the 8% withdrawal fee for unwagered deposits
BiggerZ: an 8% fee (minimum €4) if the deposit hasn’t been wagered at least once. It appears only in the T&Cs.

What it means for you: before you deposit, search the terms for “wager”, “turnover” or “deposit must be wagered”. If it isn’t on the cashier page, look in the T&Cs.

Finding 3. KYC kicks in where you don’t expect it

8 of 12 casinos didn’t ask for documents at our amounts. But “didn’t ask” doesn’t mean “won’t ask”: almost all of them reserve the right to demand verification at any time.

Three stories worth knowing:

FortunePlay email cancelling a withdrawal about 24 hours after the request, asking for ID and address
FortunePlay silently cancelled the withdrawal after ~23.5 hours and only then asked for documents.

Duelbits sets a KYC threshold in its terms: about €2,000 in cumulative deposits and withdrawals. 7Bit Casino claims a threshold of 4 BTC. The rest don’t name one. The casinos that didn’t ask for documents in our tests are listed on our page of crypto casinos that skip KYC.

What it means for you: if a casino requires KYC, complete it in advance. Our BC.Game tester did exactly that — and the withdrawal took 3 minutes.

Finding 4. The minimum withdrawal is a quiet trap

BitStarz minimum withdrawal error for a $30 request — amount must be $50 or more
BitStarz: a $30 withdrawal is blocked. The minimum is $50.

What it means for you: compare the minimum deposit with the minimum withdrawal before you top up. If the withdrawal minimum is higher, you’ve agreed in advance to play longer.

Finding 5. Support: a bot first, a human if you’re lucky

At 8 of 12 casinos, an AI bot answers first in chat. At BC.Game, JustCasino, RocketSpin, FortunePlay and Duelbits a human joins after the bot — at BC.Game after about 5 minutes, at JustCasino after 3. At BetPanda, “Lexi” answered both times, and judging by the replies it’s most likely an AI. Two cases are worse:

BitStarz support bot Dave confirming it is an AI assistant
BitStarz support: the bot Dave admits it’s an AI and won’t hand you to a human without an explanation first.

Live agents answered straight away at Instant Casino (in under a minute), CoinCasino, BiggerZ and Vegasino. But a fast answer isn’t the same as a useful one. At Vegasino, our tester contacted support six times over 11 days and got templated replies until the money arrived.

Vegasino support chat — one of six conversations needed to get a delayed withdrawal paid
Vegasino: one of six support chats during the 11-day wait.

What it means for you: ask support one specific question before you deposit — for example, how long a withdrawal really takes. A templated answer to a specific question is already a signal.

Finding 6. License and operator — check them yourself

We check licenses against official regulator registries, not third-party sites. What we found:

The full list of casinos we don’t recommend, with reasons, is on our page of casinos that failed our tests.

What this means for players

  1. Go by measured time, not promised time. At the casinos we recommend, withdrawals took from 1m 44s to 15 minutes.
  2. Before you deposit, find the deposit-wagering rule. 9 of 12 casinos have one.
  3. Compare the minimum deposit with the minimum withdrawal.
  4. If a casino requires KYC, complete it in advance — that removes the most common cause of delay.
  5. Withdraw on the same network you deposited on. All our fast withdrawals were USDT on BEP20 or TRC20, or TON; network fees ranged from $0.0001 to ~€1.18.

The casinos that passed all our checks are on our page of best crypto casinos we’ve tested. A comparison by coin and network is on our page of crypto casinos tested with real deposits.
