Verdict

RocketSpin is a casino with ambition. Superhero-themed design, 169+ providers, KYC available before deposit, a reasonable withdrawal speed. On paper — a solid mid-tier option.

RocketSpin homepage before registration screenshot

Behind the surface, though, are a few things players should know before registering.

First, the marketing. The site promotes “instant” crypto withdrawals — reality: exactly 48 hours, down to the minute. That’s not “instant.” That’s an honest two-day wait. Night-shift support confirmed directly: “72 hours without exceptions” — for every withdrawal, not just the first.

Second, hidden terms. Before the first withdrawal, the deposit must be wagered three times (3x). This isn’t written in large letters at the deposit step — you find out either from the T&Cs or when you try to withdraw. On top of that, a 40x welcome bonus is applied automatically, without your consent. Three days to wager 1,280 NZD is a trap for anyone not paying close attention.

Third, Evolution Gaming. The world’s largest live-game provider is inaccessible on an NZD account — the site returns “Currency restriction.” If you’re counting on Evolution Blackjack or Lightning Roulette, they’re not here.

The good news: the money arrived accurately and in full. KYC was fast (~16.5 hours). The bonus can be cancelled with one click. The tester came out ahead.

The bad news: the tester wouldn’t recommend this casino to a friend.

Our verdict: not recommended as a primary casino. RocketSpin can work as a secondary account for crypto players who are comfortable with a two-day withdrawal wait and read the T&Cs carefully. As a main casino, there are too many terms working against the player.

How We Tested

Every casino on our site goes through a full testing cycle — from registration to money actually landing in an account. No honest review without a real deposit.

Our independent reviewer tested RocketSpin in June 2026:

All screenshots were taken during the real test and are stored in our archive.

License and Reliability

RocketSpin operates under a Curaçao Gaming Control Board license, number OGL/2023/176/0095. The casino launched in 2024, operator Hollycorn N.V., a company registered in Curaçao since 2017 under registration number 144359.

Hollycorn N.V. is one of the larger operators in this niche, running on the SoftSwiss platform. The company manages 30+ brands: Spinjo, Lucky7even, Casino Rocket, Golden Crown, Neospin, Mirax, Stay Casino, and others. RocketSpin is one of the newer brands in this network.

A Curaçao license is a baseline level of regulation. It doesn’t offer the protection an MGA (Malta) or UKGC license would, but that’s the standard situation for crypto casinos targeting this segment. Worth noting: Hollycorn N.V. isn’t a fly-by-night operation — the operator has existed since 2017, and all its casinos run on the same SoftSwiss technology platform.

KYC (identity verification) is mandatory before the first withdrawal. That’s standard practice and adds a layer of player protection.

Registration

The first thing a new player sees is a pop-up offering “€5,000 Welcome Bonus + 300 Free Spins.” Worth noting: the bonus is stated in euros, not NZD.

The casino’s design leans into a superhero theme — energetic graphics, a dark color scheme with blue accents, a masked character on the main banner. Subjectively, it looks fresh and modern.

Navigation: Casino, Live Casino, Promotions, Search, Profile in the bottom bar. Top-level menu: Zillion, Slots, New games, Bonuses.

The tester registered on June 13, 2026, at 21:10. The process was fast, standard for a SoftSwiss casino.

KYC — Identity Verification

RocketSpin verification page with uploaded documents screenshot

One of our goals in this test was to check the casino’s own recommendation: “complete KYC right after registration, don’t wait for your first withdrawal.” The tester did exactly that.

What was requested:

Timeline:

Event Time
KYC initiated June 13, ~21:14
Documents uploaded June 13, ~21:17
KYC approved June 14, ~13:45
Total ~16.5 hours

The casino states a timeframe of “up to 48 hours” — our test came in at just over 16. The tip worked: KYC was approved before the withdrawal request went in, which avoided a delay later.

Deposit and Payment Methods

RocketSpin cashier with payment methods screenshot

Deposit:

The tester deposited 32 NZD via USDT BEP20 on June 13, 2026, at 21:46. The deposit was credited as Cryptoprocessing, status Accepted.

Available deposit methods:

Method Minimum
Visa / Mastercard NZ$30
Neteller NZ$30
MiFINITY NZ$30
Crypto (10 coins) 5 USDT

Cryptocurrencies for deposit (full list):

USDT, BTC, ETH, BNB, LTC, TRX, XRP, DOGE, ADA, BCH — 10 coins.

When depositing via crypto, the amount auto-converts to a local fiat balance at the current rate. This is standard SoftSwiss mechanics: your balance displays in fiat, not crypto. In this test, run from a New Zealand geolocation, that balance was NZD — a player in Nigeria will see a different base currency, but the conversion mechanic is identical, and the NZD figures throughout this review are simply what our tester’s account displayed.

⚠️ Important for NZ players: POLi isn’t available. If you don’t use cards or crypto, RocketSpin isn’t accessible to you.

Bonuses

RocketSpin My Bonuses section with an auto-applied bonus screenshot

Welcome Bonus

RocketSpin offers a first-deposit package: 100% up to NZ$1,000 + 100 Free Spins.

Problem #1: the bonus applies automatically, without your consent.

Immediately after the 32 NZD deposit, two items appeared in My Bonuses:

In other words, the first bonus is already “attached” to the account without your choice. You can decline it, but you need to know where to click. The free spins are slightly more honest — they require explicit activation.

The tester immediately clicked CANCEL on the cash bonus and DECLINE on the free spins. The correct approach for a clean test.

Real terms from the T&Cs:

Parameter Value
Wagering (bonus) 40x the bonus amount
Time to clear 3 days
Max bet €5

Problem #2: a 3x deposit wager before withdrawal — an undisclosed condition.

This is separate from the welcome bonus: before the first withdrawal, the deposit must be wagered three times (3x). The tester learned about this from the T&Cs before depositing — which is exactly why he was prepared. The average player only finds out when they try to withdraw.

3x isn’t a disaster, but it’s a barrier that’s nowhere spelled out in large print at the deposit step.

A small plus: a daily Lucky Spin. The tester received 2 NZD in bonus funds with no deposit required — minor, but a nice mechanic. Plus a Bonus Shop, Tournaments, and Puzzle Hunt section.

Games

RocketSpin Evolution error —

Library

169 real providers by the tester’s count — against an advertised “80+,” a pleasant surprise. The library is large, provider-filter navigation works correctly. Slots launch with no lag.

Slot RTP is disclosed in the game info — an honest practice. Real-time Live RTP, like on BC.Game, isn’t available.

Live Casino — the Main Disappointment

RocketSpin Evolution error —

Evolution Gaming is the world’s largest live-game provider. Lightning Roulette, Crazy Time, Blackjack Party, Speed Baccarat — all run through Evolution. On RocketSpin with an NZD account, they’re inaccessible. Trying to launch any Evolution game returns a black screen and a message:

“Currency restriction — We cannot offer games in detected currency. Please contact customer support.”

This is a confirmed bug tied to NZD specifically. Ezugi works normally. Pragmatic Play Live works. Evolution doesn’t.

For an NZ player who wants live blackjack from the industry leader, this is a real downside — especially since the casino nowhere warns about it.

Support

RocketSpin chat with bot AutoReply Fin screenshot
RocketSpin chat with agent Allen screenshot

The tester contacted support at ~03:25 at night with a question about withdrawal timing.

Stage 1 — Bot:

The automated chat “Fin AutoReply” asked clarifying questions (“What brings you here today?” → “Withdrawing” → “Pending withdrawal”) and answered:

“All withdrawal requests are manually reviewed in the order received, typically within 24-72 hours depending on the workload. Once approved, crypto withdrawals can be completed within 1 hour.”

Stage 2 — Live agent Allen:

An agent connected within a few minutes. The tester asked a precise question:

“Your site says crypto withdrawals are instant — but I also see a 72-hour pending period. So the actual minimum wait is 3 days, correct? Is that for every withdrawal or just the first one?”

The agent asked for 2-5 minutes, then replied:

“Please note that all withdrawal requests are processed within 72 hours without exceptions. Once your withdrawal has been approved, the funds will be transferred to your account within this time frame.”

What’s wrong with this answer:

First: “72 hours without exceptions” — but our test’s actual result was 48 hours. The casino outperformed its own promise, but the agent presented it as a guaranteed minimum wait.

Second: the question — “for every withdrawal, or just the first one?” — went unanswered. The agent simply ignored it.

Third: the bot says “24-72 hours,” the agent says “72 hours without exceptions” — two different figures from the same casino in the same night.

Bottom line on support: live agents work at night — good. Templated answers, a contradiction between bot and agent, a key question ignored — not good.

This is the most important section — where a casino’s real honesty gets tested.

Withdrawal Methods

Method Minimum
Neteller NZ$30
MiFINITY NZ$30
Crypto (10 coins) NZ$20

⚠️ Visa / Mastercard — deposit only. Cards aren’t available for withdrawal. Important nuance: if you deposited by card, you’ll have to withdraw via Neteller, MiFINITY, or crypto.

Crypto withdrawal limits: minimum 20 NZD, maximum 4,000 NZD per transaction.

Fees and Conversion

The casino charges no withdrawal fee. 100 NZD converted to 57.5457 USDT at the current market rate at the time of the transaction — an honest market conversion. The BSC (BEP20) network fee was minimal.

Bottom Line on Withdrawal

Two days is slow by crypto-casino standards. BC.Game: 3 minutes. BetPanda: 1 minute. RocketSpin: 48 hours. On the other hand, the money arrived accurately and without issue. Vegasino’s 11-day wait provides useful context for what this result isn’t.

The casino promises “up to 72 hours” — the actual result was better than that. That’s honest. But the marketing word “instant” has nothing to do with these timeframes.
