Verdict
FortunePlay is a casino that creates its own problems in places where it easily could have avoided them.
The core story of this test: the casino lets you submit a withdrawal request without warning that your profile is incomplete or that KYC hasn’t been done. About 24 hours later, the request is silently cancelled, followed by an email demanding you fill in your address and upload documents. The player loses a full day for nothing — and only then does the real process start. Once KYC was done, the second withdrawal attempt took ~48 hours. Total time from the first request to money in hand: ~4 days 9 hours.
A second irritant: a mandatory 3x wager on the deposit — even with no bonus active — with no progress counter anywhere. The casino requires you to wager it off, and gives you no way to track how much is left.

Withdrawal timing as stated by the live agent (Theo):

On the first withdrawal to a new crypto address, the casino sends an email requiring click-through confirmation. On-site message: “Due to security reasons the address never used before needs to be confirmed by email.” Not standard at most casinos — a reasonable security measure, though it adds friction on a first withdrawal.
The key moment of this test. About 23.5 hours after the request, an email arrived:
“Your cash-out request of 30.06 NZD was canceled. Please, fill in personal information in your account (address). Please upload proof of ID…”
The casino cancelled the withdrawal because the profile’s address field wasn’t filled in and KYC hadn’t been completed.
